Jonathan Cermele

Jon received his B.A. from Earlham College in 1984 and his J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1992. He has represented law enforcement officers exclusively for the last 10 years.
A member of the Wisconsin Bar Association, he has successfully argued cases before Wisconsin Circuit Courts, the Wisconsin Court of Appeals and the Wisconsin Supreme Court, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
Jon has a broad range of experience in matters that arise on and off-the-job, with an emphasis on critical incidents (i.e. officer-involved shootings), personal injury (squad, motorcycle and off-duty accidents), civil litigation (including constitutional claims, wage claims and liberty interests), criminal investigations, disciplinary appeals, grievance arbitration and interest arbitration.
Matthew L. Granitz

Matt received his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin - Madison in 2003 and his J.D. from Marquette University in 2006.
A member of the Wisconsin Bar Association and admitted to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, Matt has focused his efforts on prosecuting worker's compensation appeals, personal injury claims and grievance arbitration as well as defending officers and deputies on criminal investigations and citizen complaints.
Chelsie Allan

Chelsie received her B.A. from the University of Illinois at Champaign, in 2005, and her J.D. from Marquette University in 2008, where she interned at both the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office, as well as the Waukesha County Public Defender's Office.
A member of the Wisconsin Bar Association, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, Chelsie is focusing her efforts on worker's compensation appeals, grievance arbitration, general civil litigation, Constitutional and Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) litigation, as well as defending officers and deputies on appeals from discipline and citizen complaints.
Scott J. Jess

Scott received his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, in 1996, and his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2008, during which he served as a legal assistant to the Wisconsin Department of Justice, Division of Legal Services, as well as a judicial extern to the Hon. Justice Patrick Crooks, Wisconsin Supreme Court.
Scott brings an extensive law enforcement background to his legal practice. Prior to law school, Scott worked as a law enforcement officer for 8 years for organizations including the Racine County Sheriff's Department, the Wisconsin Department of Justice, and the Palm Springs, CA Police Department (where he served as a "Master Police Officer" and "Field Training Officer").
As member of the Wisconsin Bar Association, Scott is focusing his efforts on defending officers and deputies in criminal investigations, disciplinary appeals, citizen complaints, and general civil litigation.
